June 20th, we celebrated our 80th year in Spring Hill Kansas. It turned out to be a great event with plenty of delicious barbeque from We B Smokin in Osawatomie and donated side dishes. There was great comradery with fellow members and special guests. We would like to thank the current Spring Hill Mayor Chad Young for coming as well as American Legion Kansas Department Commander George Pogge, and Past District Commander George Honn. Seeing the some of the old photos was educational and heartwarming.
There were close to twenty donated items for our raffle, mostly donated from local Spring Hill Businesses. We would like to thank the following businesses for their support and contributions.
